By using SimpleMergePDF ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SimpleMergePDF provides an online PDF merging service. Users can upload 2 or more PDF files and combine them into a single PDF document for a flat fee of $3.99 per merge operation.
3. No Account Required
SimpleMergePDF does not require you to create an account. We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your merge: your PDF files and your email address (for the download link only).
4. Payment
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- The fee for each merge operation is $3.99, charged as a one-time payment.
- There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
- By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.
5. Document Handling
- PDF files you upload are used solely for the purpose of merging them into a single document.
- Your files are deleted from our servers immediately after you download the merged PDF.
- If a merge operation fails, files are retained for retry attempts and deleted within 24 hours.
- We do not read, analyze, copy, or share the contents of your documents.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SimpleMergePDF to:
- Process illegal, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content
- Merge documents containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate transactions that violate these terms.
7. Service Reliability
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure your PDFs are merged successfully.
- Processing times are typically immediate after payment.
- We cannot guarantee successful merging if uploaded files are corrupted or in an incompatible format.

8. Limitation of Liability
SimpleMergePDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question ($3.99).
- We are not responsible for the content of documents you choose to merge.

10. Changes to Terms
